Board of Trustees & Organization

PROCEED functions under the authority of a volunteer Board of Trustees with elected officers. The Board of Trustees is comprised of individuals that represent the diversity of the community.  Such diversity includes, but is not limited to: community members, government officials, corporate representatives, school officials, and advocates.

PROCEED, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) federally tax-exempt social service corporation. It receives most of its program funding through competitive state and national grants, corporate donations, and individual contributions.
