The trainings changed everything. They were never over your head. At first, I thought I would be intimidated in trainings with other Executive Directors but then I realized that they were going through the same challenges I was.

Board members who didn’t want to play an active role left the Board – it was time to work, not just show up. The Board is now governing better, rather than looking at the organization only on a programmatic level.

This clinic was hands down the BEST PROCEED training I have ever attended. It was more useful than the previous Grant writing trainings I attended.

I know it's been a while but I just wanted to say thank you so much for the most useful and informative training I have attended. Using motivational interviewing in counseling and testing has really helped with getting my clients open and willing to discuss their risk behaviors and come up with their own solutions to the issues they are faced with. It has proven especially good with keeping the client engaged in conversation while waiting for 20 min results. By the way I've been using some of the [MI] techniques with my teenagers and we have had some very interesting and informative conversations and this time they are doing most of the talking.
