Webinar: Supervision and Staff Development

Self-Paced Course: Systems Preparation for the Implementation of Outcome Monitoring and Evaluation

Web-based Orientation Dates: September 16 OR September 21, 2011        Location: Web-based        Time: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM  

Course Description:
Completing this on-line, self-paced, ten module course enables participants to develop and implement an outcomes monitoring and evaluation system for prevention programs and systems of care using existing organizational resources. As a result, these organizations are equipped with the tools necessary to effectively and thoroughly monitor program outcomes and make program improvements. Learning Goals and Objectives:
By the end the course, participants will be able to identify the goals, objectives, activities, and staff responsibilities necessary for implementing an outcomes evaluation plan.  Additionally, participants will develop a logic model that will allow for outcomes monitoring of the evidence-based interventions being implemented at their organizations.

Course Duration (Time-frame):
While this course allows users to complete the ten modules on his/her own time, it is highly recommend that participants complete each module in one sitting, although participants can return to a module at any given time. It is estimated that approximately 10-12 hours of on-line and study time will be needed to complete this course.

Target Audience:
The training is intended specifically for Executive Directors, Prevention and Care Program Directors, Managers, and Coordinators. 

Registration and Web-based Orientation:
PROCEED, Inc. will be conducting two separate web-based orientation sessions for participants that meet eligibility requirements. It is mandatory that each accepted participant attend one of the sessions. The first web-based orientation will be on September 16, 2011 and the second web-based orientation will be on September 21, 2011, and both sessions will be held at 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM (EST).
